Vendor Information

Each booth is $200 for a 10X8 spot. If you need more than one spot it can be purchased at the time of initial booth purchase. We will provide each exhibitor with 2 chairs and 2 badges. You will be responsible for providing your own tables.  If you will need electricity at your booth, please contact us in advance, so we'll know where to place you on the floor. All exhibitors who have more than 2 booth guests will need to purchase an admission ticket for extra badges, unless they're under 13.

• ​Set-Up time for vendors will be on Friday, August 9th from 10:00 AM-1:30 PM. 
• PLEASE NOTE: Vendors are not to break down their booths until the event has closed to the public. 

South Central KY Outdoorsman's Expo is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise from your booth if left unattended.
